  2. The aim of life is to attain peace. Actions performed should not leave you in mental agony
  3. Do one thing, at a time. It calms your mind, preserves brain's energy
  4. Don't show your vulnerable self to everyone
  5. Ego is the enemy. It affects you negatively in all aspects of life
  6. Remove access to things providing dopamine rush. It helps you focus on things that matter
  7. Accept that we cannot get involved in everything. Giving quality time to minimal number of things matter
  8. Move forward / Work steadily. The speed does not matter
  9. Be thankful. This little hack makes you a lot more happier
