- The aim of life is to attain peace. Actions performed should not leave you in mental agony
- Do one thing, at a time. It calms your mind, preserves brain's energy
- Don't show your vulnerable self to everyone
- Ego is the enemy. It affects you negatively in all aspects of life
- Remove access to things providing dopamine rush. It helps you focus on things that matter
- Accept that we cannot get involved in everything. Giving quality time to minimal number of things matter
- Move forward / Work steadily. The speed does not matter
- Be thankful. This little hack makes you a lot more happier
